By accessing or using ThetaGo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Options trading is not suitable for all investors and requires sufficient financial knowledge and risk tolerance.

ThetaGo is an educational tool that provides covered call option analysis and recommendations. The Service analyzes publicly available market data and presents potential trading opportunities for informational purposes only.

ThetaGo is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. ThetaGo does not recommend that any securities, options, or trading strategies are suitable for any specific person.

You acknowledge that:

• Options trading involves substantial risk of loss, including the potential for total loss of invested capital, and is not suitable for all investors
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• You have read and understand the risks of options trading before using this Service
• You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions
• You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes

THETAGO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

6. Data Accuracy

Market data is provided by Yahoo Finance and other third-party sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that any data, analysis, or recommendation is accurate, complete, or timely. Data may be delayed, contain errors, or become stale. Prices, Greeks, and other metrics may differ from what your broker displays. Always verify information with your broker before trading.

7. User Accounts

You may create an account to save picks and track outcomes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data at scale
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THETAGO AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY TRADING DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON THE SERVICE; (C) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT; OR (D) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN THE SERVICE'S CONTENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ThetaGo and its operators, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your trading activities; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by JAMS in accordance with its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures. The arbitration shall take place in San Francisco, California, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco County, California.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised terms on this page. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections 4, 5, 9, 10, 11, and 12 shall survive termination.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ThetaGo regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
